Book Formatting FAQ's
Do I have to sign a contract?
We just need your manuscript in an editable format (preferably a Microsoft Word or InDesign file). We’ll also need details of any specific styles you wish to have the book laid out in, your images (provided as separate JPEGs) and any other elements that form part of the book’s formatting.
Can you format my book to be used as an e-book?
Of course. Once your files have been formatted for print, we can convert them into EPUB and MOBI formats which can be read on most e-readers. These file types are also suitable for uploading to Amazon, Apple Books and other e-book retailers.
How long does the formatting service take?
The turnaround time depends on the length of your book. You will usually receive a proof within 1-2 working days.
